Poursuivi pour tentative de meurtre et autres faits graves, le policier de premi\u00e8re classe, Barnab\u00e9 Landu, de la Police nationale congolaise (PNC), du commissariat urbain du territoire de Muanda \u00e9cope 10 ans de prison pour violation des consignes, 10 ans de prison pour concussion et la peine capitale pour tentative de meurtre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce verdict a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9 le mardi 21 f\u00e9vrier par le tribunal militaire de garnison de Kitona si\u00e9geant en mati\u00e8re de flagrance, lors d\u2019une audience tenue en pr\u00e9sence, notamment, de plusieurs responsables des structures citoyennes de Muanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est aussi soumis au paiement des dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats d’un montant de 100. 000 francs congolais (50 USD), au profit de la partie civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commis \u00e0 la garde du parquet de Muanda, Barnab\u00e9 Landu a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 le 12 f\u00e9vrier dernier, pour avoir point\u00e9 une arme sur le chef de ce parquet, qui lui interdisait de percevoir l’argent aupr\u00e8s des visiteurs des personnes en d\u00e9tention au cachot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour le magistrat auditeur militaire de garnison, le capitaine Toussaint Fariala, cette sentence doit interpeller tous les hommes en uniformes qui s\u2019adonnent \u00e0 l\u2019indiscipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
