{"id":30435,"date":"2023-03-04T20:47:00","date_gmt":"2023-03-04T19:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=30435"},"modified":"2023-03-06T16:52:32","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T15:52:32","slug":"le-m23-sengage-pour-un-cessez-le-feu-a-partir-du-7-mars","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=30435","title":{"rendered":"Le M23 s&rsquo;engage pour un cessez-le-feu \u00e0 partir du 7 mars"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La direction du M23 s&rsquo;est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 cesser les hostilit\u00e9s dans toute la r\u00e9gion orientale de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo \u00e0 partir de mardi 7 mars \u00e0 12 heures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ce qu\u2019indique un communiqu\u00e9 de la Pr\u00e9sidence angolaise publi\u00e9e le 3 mars dans la soir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le contr\u00f4le du respect de la cessation des hostilit\u00e9s sera effectu\u00e9 dans le cadre du m\u00e9canisme v\u00e9rification ad hoc. La R\u00e9publique d&rsquo;Angola appelle les parties \u00e0 respecter la lettre et l&rsquo;esprit des d\u00e9cisions des diff\u00e9rents sommets sur le processus de paix et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion orientale de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;engagement de la direction du M23 r\u00e9sulte des contacts pris par la m\u00e9diation angolaise avec ledit mouvement, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision prise par le Mini-sommet sur la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion des Grands Lacs, tenu \u00e0 Addis-Abeba, en \u00c9thiopie, le 17 f\u00e9vrier 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du mini-sommet tenu dans la capitale \u00e9thiopienne, les chefs d&rsquo;\u00c9tat et de gouvernement ont mandat\u00e9 l&rsquo;Angola, en coordination avec le facilitateur nomm\u00e9 par la EAC, l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident Uhuru Kennyatta, pour maintenir le contact avec la direction du M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;\u00c0 la suite de ladite d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration, une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation angolaise est en contact avec la direction du M23 depuis le 28 f\u00e9vrier de cette ann\u00e9e.
