Dans un communiqu\u00e9 rendu public ce mardi 7 mars 2023, le groupe terroriste du M23, par le biais de Lawrence Kanyuka, porte-parole de la branche politique, a annonc\u00e9 un cessez-le-feu imm\u00e9diat et exige un dialogue avec le r\u00e9gime de Kinshasa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Kinshasa, les dirigeants restent ferme quant \u00e0 la position du dialogue. La RDC. \u00ab Les conditions sont connues : vous vous retirez des localit\u00e9s occup\u00e9es et \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, on fait le point pour voir comment vous int\u00e9grer dans le processus tel que c\u2019\u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu au d\u00e9part \u00bb, avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le porte-parole du gouvernement, Patrick Muyaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le M23 dit saisir cette opportunit\u00e9 pour remercier tous les Dirigeants R\u00e9gionaux qui ont fait des efforts pour \u00e9couter, comprendre ses probl\u00e8mes et pour leurs efforts incessants afin r\u00e9tablir la Paix et la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l’Est de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, le M23 appelle les autres Dirigeants R\u00e9gionaux et Partenaires Internationaux \u00e0 ne m\u00e9nager aucun effort pour contribuer aux initiatives en cours visant \u00e0 restaurer la paix et la stabilit\u00e9 dans l’Est de la RDC et dans la R\u00e9gion dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La derni\u00e8re feuille de route ent\u00e9rin\u00e9e par les chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat de l\u2019EAC pr\u00e9voit un retrait progressif des rebelles du M23 des zones sous leur contr\u00f4le. Ces zones devraient \u00eatre plac\u00e9es sous contr\u00f4le de la Force r\u00e9gionale de l\u2019EAC selon un plan de r\u00e9partition d\u00e9fini par les chefs d\u2019\u00e9tat-major d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
