{"id":30909,"date":"2023-03-09T08:58:02","date_gmt":"2023-03-09T07:58:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=30909"},"modified":"2023-03-09T08:58:15","modified_gmt":"2023-03-09T07:58:15","slug":"senegal-un-journaliste-ecroue-pour-diffusion-de-fausses-nouvelles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=30909","title":{"rendered":"S\u00e9n\u00e9gal : un journaliste \u00e9crou\u00e9 pour \u00ab\u00a0diffusion de fausses nouvelles\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Un journaliste d&rsquo;une t\u00e9l\u00e9vision priv\u00e9e s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise a \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9 pour&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0outrage \u00e0 magistrat\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0diffusion de fausses nouvelles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;et \u00e9crou\u00e9 mardi soir, a appris l&rsquo;AFP mercredi aupr\u00e8s de son avocat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pape Ndiaye<\/strong>, chroniqueur \u00e0&nbsp;<em><strong>Wal Fadjri<\/strong><\/em>, avait r\u00e9cemment mis en cause l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance de la justice dans le renvoi le 18 janvier devant une chambre criminelle de l&rsquo;opposant&nbsp;<strong>Ousmane Sonko<\/strong>, accus\u00e9 de viols par une employ\u00e9e d&rsquo;un salon de beaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le journaliste avait notamment affirm\u00e9 que la majorit\u00e9 des juges du parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral s&rsquo;\u00e9taient prononc\u00e9s en faveur d&rsquo;un non-lieu de M. Sonko, contre l&rsquo;avis, selon lui, du procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui leur a dit accomplir dans ce dossier la volont\u00e9 du gouvernement pour un proc\u00e8s de l&rsquo;opposant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Les informations (sur l&rsquo;inculpation et l&rsquo;incarc\u00e9ration de Pape Ndiaye) sont exactes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 l&rsquo;AFP&nbsp;<strong>Moussa Sarr<\/strong>, son avocat, confirmant des informations livr\u00e9es par la&nbsp;<strong>Coordination des associations de presse<\/strong>&nbsp;(CAP), une conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration syndicale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les charges retenues contre le journaliste sont&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0provocation d&rsquo;un attroupement, outrage \u00e0 magistrat, intimidation et repr\u00e9sailles contre membre de la justice, discours portant du discr\u00e9dit sur un acte juridictionnel, diffusion de fausses nouvelles, mise en danger de la vie d&rsquo;autrui\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, selon Me Sarr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;affaire Sonko est source de tensions depuis au moins deux ans au&nbsp;<strong>S\u00e9n\u00e9gal<\/strong>. L&rsquo;opposant a \u00e9t\u00e9 inculp\u00e9 pour viols et menaces de mort et plac\u00e9 sous&nbsp;<strong>contr\u00f4le judiciaire<\/strong>&nbsp;en mars 2021, sur plainte de l&#8217;employ\u00e9e du salon de beaut\u00e9 o\u00f9 il allait se faire masser.&nbsp;Il d\u00e9nonce un&nbsp;<strong>complot du pouvoir<\/strong>&nbsp;pour torpiller sa candidature \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pape Ndiaye est le deuxi\u00e8me journaliste incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 ces derniers mois au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal apr\u00e8s celle de&nbsp;<strong>Pape Al\u00e9 Niang<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce journaliste du site d&rsquo;informations&nbsp;<em><strong>Dakar matin<\/strong><\/em>, critique du pouvoir, a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 deux fois en novembre et d\u00e9cembre pour notamment&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0divulgation d&rsquo;informations de nature \u00e0 nuire \u00e0 la D\u00e9fense nationale\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;et&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0diffusion de fausses nouvelles\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, \u00e9galement autour de l&rsquo;affaire Sonko.
