L&rsquo;observatoire am\u00e9ricain pour des \u00e9lections libres et transparentes (AOFFE) qualifie cette loi de discriminatoire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un communiqu\u00e9 rendu public \u00e0 la presse via son site, mardi 14 mars, lu et consult\u00e9 par la r\u00e9daction de <a href=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CONGOPUBONLINE.COM<\/a>, cette structure am\u00e9ricaine d\u2019observation \u00e9lectorale indique que cette proposition de loi contient une rh\u00e9torique discriminatoire qui s\u2019oppose \u00e0 la d\u00e9mocratie qui veut l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre tous les citoyens et reconnaissance du m\u00e9rite et de l&rsquo;effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette structure, poursuit-elle, se dit, par ailleurs, \u00e9tonn\u00e9e par le fait que ledit projet soit incarn\u00e9 par un citoyen Am\u00e9ricain, en la personne de No\u00ebl Tshiani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Il est d\u00e9plorable de constater que ces id\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re discriminatoire sont port\u00e9es par un am\u00e9ricain. Elles ne repr\u00e9sentent pas notre conception de la d\u00e9mocratie \u00bb, a martel\u00e9 la charg\u00e9e de presse de cette structure, F. Covino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En RDC, cette proposition de loi divise la classe politique. Il y a un camp qui dit soutenir cette loi au d\u00e9triment d\u2019un autre, qui le trouve injuste.
