Plusieurs innovations sont contenues dans ce document \u00e0 la Une dans le secteur des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications Congolaises. Avec les changements apport\u00e9s, l\u2019ARPTC autre fois rattach\u00e9e \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence est d\u00e9sormais sous la direction du ministre des PT-NTIC dans une autre peau celle de l\u2019ARPTIC. ( Autorit\u00e9 de R\u00e9gulation des Postes, des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications et des Technologies de l\u2019information et de la Communication).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet \u00e9tablissement public a entre autres comme mission de veiller aux lois, r\u00e8glements et conventions en mati\u00e8re des Postes, T\u00e9l\u00e9communications, Technologies de l\u2019information et de la Communication, promouvoir la concurrence et la participation du secteur priv\u00e9 dans les Postes, T\u00e9l\u00e9communications et Technologies de l\u2019information et de la Communication ou veiller sur la qualit\u00e9 des services rendus dans le secteur des Postes, T\u00e9l\u00e9communications et Technologies de l\u2019information et de la Communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut souligner que, le ministre Augustin Kibassa Maliba est c\u00f4t\u00e9 parmi \u00ab&nbsp;les Wrriors&nbsp;\u00bb qui bougent sans tambour ni trompette, leurs secteurs respectifs. La transformation de l\u2019ARPTC en ARPTIC, est salu\u00e9e par l\u2019ensemble du personnel du secteur qui louent sans cesse l\u2019initiative. L\u2019ARPTIC pourra ainsi veiller \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des prix tels que fix\u00e9s par les op\u00e9rateurs des T\u00e9l\u00e9coms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zamenga
