Ce mardi, un tribunal n\u00e9erlandais a condamn\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois un homme \u00e0 une peine de prison avec sursis pour le retrait non consenti d\u2019un pr\u00e9servatif pendant un rapport sexuel. Dans une affaire distincte, les juges du m\u00eame tribunal ont innocent\u00e9 mardi un homme de 25 ans apr\u00e8s avoir constat\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019avait \u00e0 aucun moment retir\u00e9 un pr\u00e9servatif mais qu\u2019il n\u2019en avait pas mis un dans le \u00ab feu de l\u2019action \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La loi n\u00e9erlandaise ne stipule rien contre le \u00ab stealthing \u00bb et il s\u2019agissait l\u00e0 des premiers jugements aux Pays-Bas sur cette pratique, a rapport\u00e9 le radiodiffuseur public NOS.
