Elle a d&rsquo;ailleurs fait de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 un troisi\u00e8me mandat son principal mot d&rsquo;ordre, dans un climat de tensions grandissantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Constitution, apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9vision de 2016, pr\u00e9voit que la dur\u00e9e du mandat pr\u00e9sidentiel est de cinq ans, et non plus sept, et que \u00ab\u00a0nul ne peut exercer plus de deux mandats cons\u00e9cutifs\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, Macky Sall fait valoir dans un entretien accord\u00e9 au magazine fran\u00e7ais L&rsquo;Express et mis en ligne lundi que, quand le Conseil constitutionnel avait \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9 avant la r\u00e9vision, ce dernier avait estim\u00e9 que son premier mandat \u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0hors de port\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb de la r\u00e9forme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Sur le plan juridique, le d\u00e9bat est tranch\u00e9 depuis longtemps\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Maintenant, dois-je me porter candidat pour un troisi\u00e8me mandat ou non ? C\u2019est un d\u00e9bat politique, je l\u2019admets\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute-t-il.&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0Je n\u2019ai pas encore apport\u00e9 ma r\u00e9ponse. J\u2019ai un agenda, un travail \u00e0 faire. Le moment venu, je ferai savoir ma position, d\u2019abord \u00e0 mes partisans, ensuite \u00e0 la population s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-mort-en-casamance-l-opposant-sonko-toujours-hospitalise\">Un mort en Casamance, l&rsquo;opposant Sonko toujours hospitalis\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Une personne est morte lundi en Casamance, dans le sud du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, lors de heurts entre les forces de l&rsquo;ordre et des partisans de l&rsquo;opposant Ousmane Sonko, \u00ab\u00a0hospitalis\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb depuis quatre jours \u00e0 Dakar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la ville de Bignona, un fief de M. Sonko \u00e0 une trentaine de km de Ziguinchor, principale ville de Casamance, \u00ab\u00a0un gosse a \u00e9t\u00e9 abattu\u00a0\u00bb lundi par les forces de l&rsquo;ordre, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;AFP Yankhoba Di\u00e9m\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u00e9partemental \u00e9ponyme, une institution locale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des heurts ont \u00e9clat\u00e9 avec les forces de l&rsquo;ordre quand \u00ab\u00a0des jeunes de fa\u00e7on spontan\u00e9e sont sortis manifester dans la rue\u00a0\u00bb contre le pouvoir, a dit M. Di\u00e9m\u00e9, membre du parti de M. Sonko. L&rsquo;information a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;AFP par un responsable administratif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les forces de l&rsquo;ordre ont depuis le 16 mars arr\u00eat\u00e9 plus de 400 personnes dans tout le pays lors des manifestations contre le pouvoir, a assur\u00e9 lundi \u00e0 l&rsquo;AFP M. Ndiaye, responsable de la communication du parti de M.
