la Gombe a transf\u00e9r\u00e9, ce mercredi 22 mars matin \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala (Kinshasa), Albert Tamba, greffier en chef de la Cour de cassation et Mme Matondo, greffi\u00e8re divisionnaire en chef du tribunal de commerce de la Gombe. &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux greffiers sont plac\u00e9s sous mandat d&rsquo;arr\u00eat provisoire depuis la veille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il leur est reproch\u00e9 notamment l&rsquo;abstention coupable&nbsp;: le fait, pour un fonctionnaire de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat ou toute personne charg\u00e9e de service public,&nbsp;de retarder ou de retenir sans motif valable des fonds ou deniers publics dont il a la gestion et qui sont destin\u00e9s au paiement des cr\u00e9ances, des traitements ou salaires.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;infraction vise&nbsp;aussi le fonctionnaire qui s\u2019abstient volontairement de faire dans le d\u00e9lai lui imparti par la loi ou par les
