{"id":32739,"date":"2023-03-27T13:28:31","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T11:28:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=32739"},"modified":"2023-03-27T13:45:04","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T11:45:04","slug":"elections-2023-long-fdapid-forme-des-candidats-pygmees-et-des-personnes-vivant-avec-handicap-a-goma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=32739","title":{"rendered":"Elections 2023 : l\u2019ONG FDAPID forme des candidats pygm\u00e9es et des personnes vivant avec handicap \u00e0 Goma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Seize candidats autochtones pygm\u00e9es et des personnes vivant avec handicap, dont quatre femmes, du Nord et Sud-Kivu ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 vendredi 24 et samedi 25 mars \u00e0 Goma, d\u2019une formation visant \u00e0 accroitre leurs capacit\u00e9s sur les crit\u00e8res de choix du parti politique, les strat\u00e9gies de la campagne \u00e9lectorale et \u00e0 \u00eatre comp\u00e9titifs aux prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances \u00e9lectorales.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Foyer de d\u00e9veloppement pour l\u2019autopromotion des pygm\u00e9es et indig\u00e8nes et d\u00e9favoris\u00e9s (FDAPID), qui a initi\u00e9 cette formation, rappelle que, lors des \u00e9lections de 2011 et 2018, les candidats autochtones pygm\u00e9es et personnes vivant avec handicap n\u2019avaient pas bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9 leurs campagnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette impr\u00e9paration, selon la m\u00eame source, explique leur \u00e9chec \u00e0 ces \u00e9ch\u00e9ances \u00e9lectorales.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le coordonnateur du FDAPID, Vicar Hangi Batundi,estieme que cette formation devra leur permettre finalement de se faire \u00e9lire prochainement&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab C\u2019est pour pouvoir promouvoir l\u2019inclusion. C\u2019est pour promouvoir le principe des Nations unies, selon lequel, \u2018ne laissez personne derri\u00e8re\u2019. En tant que citoyens, les peuples autochtones pygm\u00e9es et les personnes vivant avec handicap ont droit de participer au vote, pas seulement comme \u00e9lecteur ; mais aussi comme candidat&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vicar Hangi Batundi ajoute&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;On aura aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de se rassurer que, \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape, il y a au moins autant de candidats ambitieux form\u00e9s qui sont en train d\u2019\u00e9voluer et d\u2019avancer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019on puisse arriver \u00e0 la proclamation des r\u00e9sultats&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette formation s\u2019ajoute \u00e0 une campagne d\u2019\u00e9ducation civique \u00e9lectorale lanc\u00e9e depuis quatre mois au Nord et Sud-Kivu par FDAPID&nbsp;; dans le cadre du projet \u00ab&nbsp;Uchaguzi kwa wote&nbsp;\u00bb (Elections pour tous).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
