{"id":33455,"date":"2023-04-04T10:21:29","date_gmt":"2023-04-04T08:21:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=33455"},"modified":"2023-04-04T10:35:44","modified_gmt":"2023-04-04T08:35:44","slug":"kasai-le-ministre-provincial-des-finances-muller-milambo-interpelle-pour-detournement-presume-de-50-millions-cdf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=33455","title":{"rendered":"Kasa\u00ef : Le ministre provincial des finances Muller Milambo interpell\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tournement pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 de 50 millions CDF"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 provincial Jean Kalvin a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ce lundi 3 Avril au d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la motion d\u2019interpellation, adress\u00e9e au ministre provincial des finances, du civisme fiscal et de l\u2019\u00e9conomie du Kasa\u00ef, Muller Milambo Muambi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cet ancien directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des recettes du Kasa\u00ef (DGRKAS), estime que \u00ab&nbsp;le ministre Muller Milambo aurait touch\u00e9 des pots de vin de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Afrifood qui devrait payer neuf cent trente quatre (934) millions, mais le ministre aurait pris cinquante (50) millions pour ses fins priv\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0Il ya eu un arr\u00eat de la cour du 8 avril 2022, qui a condamn\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Afrifood r\u00e9calcitrante au paiement de la taxe du contr\u00f4le fito-sanitaire dont le montant est de 934 millions de francs congolais, l\u2019arr\u00eat de la cour l\u2019a condamn\u00e9e au paiement, et nous \u00e9tions surpris que cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 voulait interjeter l\u2019Appel au niveau du conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat (\u2026) c\u2019est \u00e0 ce niveau que le ministre Muller a pris l\u2019argent\u00a0\u00bb, estime le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Jean Kalvin Minga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lui d\u2019ajouter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Par mois, la province du Kasa\u00ef peut nous produire 100 millions de francs congolais, mais c\u2019est ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 hypoth\u00e9qu\u00e9 par le ministre. Il y a la minoration de recettes partout.
