{"id":33594,"date":"2023-04-05T11:37:29","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T09:37:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=33594"},"modified":"2023-04-05T11:41:26","modified_gmt":"2023-04-05T09:41:26","slug":"kamerhe-encourage-laccroissement-de-la-production-locale-pour-assurer-la-souverainete-alimentaire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=33594","title":{"rendered":"Kamerhe encourage l\u2019accroissement de la production locale pour assurer la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le vice-premier ministre en charge de l\u2019\u00c9conomie a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 sa toute premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union de la Commission \u00e9conomie et finances (Ecofin) du gouvernement Sama 2, le mardi 4 avril 2023, \u00e0 Kinshasa, en RD Congo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il \u00e9tait question pour Vital Kamerhe, pr\u00e9sident de cette Commission, de d\u00e9cliner les priorit\u00e9s sur lesquelles travailler afin de redresser l\u2019\u00e9conomie congolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re priorit\u00e9 est relative \u00e0 l\u2019imp\u00e9ratif de la diversification \u00e9conomique et de l\u2019accroissement de la production locale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>C\u2019est de cette mani\u00e8re que nous r\u00e9duirons notre exposition aux chocs exog\u00e8nes et assurerons la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire de notre pays<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le VPM de l\u2019\u00c9conomie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La deuxi\u00e8me est celle relative \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 des prix et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat des affaires. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 de la protection du pouvoir d\u2019achat de la population contre les al\u00e9as des fluctuations conjoncturelles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En outre, Vital Kamerhe a soulign\u00e9 q\u2019une attention sera accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de l\u2019ad\u00e9quation des politiques mon\u00e9taires et budg\u00e9taires afin de pr\u00e9server la stabilit\u00e9 du cadre macro\u00e9conomique et juguler l\u2019\u00e9rosion mon\u00e9taire \u00e0 laquelle la RDC fait face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La troisi\u00e8me priorit\u00e9 de la Commission Ecofin est l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du climat des affaires. Le VPM de l\u2019\u00c9conomie a affirm\u00e9 que la r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me fiscal, quatri\u00e8me priorit\u00e9, ne saura plus attendre, question de r\u00e9pondre durablement \u00e0 la question du fardeau fiscal et parafiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, il a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 du gouvernement Sama d\u2019accompagner les op\u00e9rateurs
