L\u2019avenue Kabambare se trouve dans un \u00e9tat de destruction totale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est le cas de le souligner. La circulation sur cette avenue reliant les communes de Lingwala, Kinshasa et Barumbu, est un calvaire pour les automobilistes qui s\u2019y hasardent. Kabambare se meurt de sa plus belle mort. La situation est catastrophique. Autres fois joyau allant du rond point Huileries jusqu\u2019au quartier Bon march\u00e9, cette avenue n\u2019est plus que l\u2019ombre d\u2019elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une indiff\u00e9rence mortelle, l\u2019impression que les d\u00e9cideurs donnent est de zapper cette avenue. Il y a urgence devant un cas de p\u00e9ril en la demeure comme celui de l\u2019avenue Kabambare. Caniveaux ne r\u00e9pondant plus aux normes, nids de poule, chauss\u00e9e d\u00e9mod\u00e9e, Montagnes de sable, tas d\u2019immondices, bref, le tableau est sombre. Les automobilistes sont oblig\u00e9s de se frayer un chemin pour parvenir \u00e0 destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette sonnette d\u2019alarme qui n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re, appelle \u00e0 l\u2019action.
