{"id":33719,"date":"2023-04-07T11:22:55","date_gmt":"2023-04-07T09:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=33719"},"modified":"2023-04-07T11:48:27","modified_gmt":"2023-04-07T09:48:27","slug":"goma-un-requerant-abattu-par-un-policier-dans-un-centre-denrolement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=33719","title":{"rendered":"Goma : Un requ\u00e9rant abattu par un policier dans un centre d\u2019enr\u00f4lement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La ville de Goma au Nord-Kivu, a connu une vive tension ce jeudi 6 avril, \u00e0 la suite du meurtre d\u2019un requ\u00e9rant au Centre d\u2019Identification et d\u2019Enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole Primaire Byashi au quartier Bujovu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les t\u00e9moins qui se sont confi\u00e9s aux m\u00e9dias locaux, la victime du nom de Dieudonn\u00e9 Bagenda \u00e2g\u00e9 d\u2019environ d\u2019une vingtaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es, s\u2019est point\u00e9 dans ledit centre pour obtenir sa carte d\u2019\u00e9lecteur. Il avait trouv\u00e9 un compromis avec le policier commis \u00e0 la s\u00e9curisation du centre, moyennant quelques billets de banque pour lui f\u00e9liciter la t\u00e2che.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019ayant pas re\u00e7u gain de cause, le jeune homme s\u2019est mis \u00e0 se disputer avec l\u2019agent de l\u2019ordre. Il a reproch\u00e9 le policier de n\u2019avoir pas honor\u00e9 ses engagements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelque minutes apr\u00e8s la disputes, le policier se sentant humili\u00e9, il l\u2019a abattu, le tirant \u00e0 bout portant une balle dans la t\u00eate. Sur le champs, le jeune gomatracien \u00e0 rendu l\u2019\u00e2me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9content et furieux face \u00e0 ce drame, les jeunes de la ville se sont mis \u00e0 saccager le bureau du centre d\u2019identification et d\u2019enrolement de la CENI. Des kits \u00e9lectoraux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 simplement d\u00e9truits par la population en col\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le calme est revenu peu apr\u00e8s l\u2019intervention des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la police nationale venus en renfort sur le lieu du drame; rapportent les m\u00eames sources.
