Pourtant, cette proposition de loi ne fait pas l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 au pays. Une partie de la population congolaise d\u00e9nonce le caract\u00e8re discriminatoire de ce projet de loi et pense qu\u2019il pourrait amener la division parmi les populations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette cat\u00e9gorie de personnes craigne que la proposition de loi Tshiani ne conduise le pays au bord du pr\u00e9cipice au vu de la situation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale que traverse le pays surtout dans l\u2019Est du pays, o\u00f9 les rebelles M23 ont transform\u00e9 les localit\u00e9s et cit\u00e9s pass\u00e9es sous leur contr\u00f4le en une jungle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u00f9 se cache le mal \u2026?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intervenant ce lundi 10 avril sur la radio TOP Congo FM, l\u2019ancien ministre du Plan dit qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agissait pas d\u2019un appel \u00e0 un mouvement de succession, mais alertait plut\u00f4t le gouvernement contre une loi qui \u00ab va ouvrir la voie aux s\u00e9cessionnistes, aux tribalistes et aux \u00e9thnicistes. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Si cette loi est appliqu\u00e9e au niveau national, les gens vont vouloir que de \u201cp\u00e8re et de m\u00e8re\u201d soit r\u00e9percut\u00e9 au niveau local. J\u2019ai alert\u00e9 le gouvernement pour dire qu\u2019il y a un danger.
