{"id":34939,"date":"2023-04-20T12:18:45","date_gmt":"2023-04-20T10:18:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=34939"},"modified":"2023-04-20T12:40:41","modified_gmt":"2023-04-20T10:40:41","slug":"j-p-bemba-et-bintou-keita-planchent-sur-la-situation-securitaire-de-lest","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=34939","title":{"rendered":"J-P Bemba et Bintou Keita planchent sur la situation s\u00e9curitaire de l\u2019Est"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La cheffe de la Mission des Nations-Unies pour la stabilisation en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (MONUSCO), Bintou Ke\u00efta, a \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7ue en audience, le mercredi 19 avril 2023, \u00e0 Kinshasa par le vice-premier ministre de la D\u00e9fense nationale et anciens combattants, Jean-Pierre Bemba.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au menu des \u00e9changes entre les deux personnalit\u00e9s, les questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la situation s\u00e9curitaire notamment dans l\u2019Est de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se disant rassur\u00e9e apr\u00e8s son t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate avec le ministre de la D\u00e9fense, la repr\u00e9sentante sp\u00e9ciale du secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ONU a soulign\u00e9 le caract\u00e8re \u00ab&nbsp;irr\u00e9ductible&nbsp;\u00bb que repr\u00e9sente la question li\u00e9e au pr\u00e9cantonnement et au cantonnement des rebelles du M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;(\u2026) Je consid\u00e8re que ces \u00e9changes vont booster notre volont\u00e9 commune \u00e0 mettre un terme \u00e0 tous ces probl\u00e8mes s\u00e9curitaires qui d\u00e9rangent les zones de l\u2019Est de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo <\/em>\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Bintou Ke\u00efta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et d\u2019ajouter : \u00ab<em>&nbsp;La question du pr\u00e9cantonnement et cantonnement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la milice M23 est \u00e0 ce jour irr\u00e9ductible.
