{"id":36576,"date":"2023-05-15T16:02:37","date_gmt":"2023-05-15T14:02:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=36576"},"modified":"2023-05-15T16:02:43","modified_gmt":"2023-05-15T14:02:43","slug":"le-commandant-de-larmee-de-terre-sud-africaine-en-visite-en-russie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=36576","title":{"rendered":"Le commandant de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e de terre sud-africaine en visite en Russie"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le commandant des forces terrestres de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e sud-africaine est en visite officielle \u00e0 Moscou, ont annonc\u00e9 lundi les agences de presse russes, apr\u00e8s des accusations am\u00e9ricaines reprochant \u00e0 Pretoria des livraisons d&rsquo;armes \u00e0 la Russie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le minist\u00e8re russe de la D\u00e9fense, cit\u00e9 par les agences TASS et Interfax, le&nbsp;<strong>lieutenant-g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Lawrence Mbatha<\/strong>&nbsp;et sa d\u00e9l\u00e9gation ont discut\u00e9 avec leurs coll\u00e8gues russes de&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0questions de coop\u00e9ration militaire\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;visant \u00e0&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0accro\u00eetre la pr\u00e9paration au combat des forces arm\u00e9es des deux pays\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Lors de la r\u00e9union des chefs militaires, des accords ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conclus sur le renforcement de la coop\u00e9ration entre les forces terrestres dans divers domaines\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a ajout\u00e9 cette source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Au cours de la visite, la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation visitera des \u00e9tablissements d&rsquo;enseignement militaire des forces terrestres et des entreprises du complexe militaro-industriel\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;russes, a encore indiqu\u00e9 le minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette visite intervient en pleines tensions entre l&rsquo;<strong>Afrique du Sud<\/strong>&nbsp;et les&nbsp;<strong>Etats-Unis<\/strong>, qui accusent Pretoria d&rsquo;avoir livr\u00e9 des armes \u00e0 la&nbsp;<strong>Russie<\/strong>, pays qui m\u00e8ne depuis plus d&rsquo;un an une offensive militaire contre l&rsquo;<strong>Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s ces accusations, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites par l&rsquo;ambassadeur am\u00e9ricain \u00e0 Pretoria, le gouvernement sud-africain a promis de mener une enqu\u00eate sur ces livraisons pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es.&nbsp;Contact\u00e9e par l&rsquo;AFP, l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e sud-africaine n&rsquo;a pas donn\u00e9 suite dans l&rsquo;imm\u00e9diat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9sident sud-africain&nbsp;<strong>Cyril Ramaphosa<\/strong>&nbsp;a lui assur\u00e9 lundi que son pays ne serait pas entra\u00een\u00e9&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0dans une comp\u00e9tition entre puissances mondiales\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;sur l&rsquo;Ukraine et qu&rsquo;il avait fait l&rsquo;objet de&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0pressions extraordinaires\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;pour choisir un camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous n&rsquo;acceptons pas que notre position de non-align\u00e9 favorise la Russie par rapport aux autres pays. Nous n&rsquo;acceptons pas non plus que cela mette en p\u00e9ril nos relations avec d&rsquo;autres pays\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans le bulletin pr\u00e9sidentiel hebdomadaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M.
