Selon Me Laurent Onyemba avocat conseil du d\u00e9put\u00e9 provincial, son client est toujours d\u00e9tenu au casier judiciaire sans aucun document r\u00e9gulier et en violation de la proc\u00e9dure p\u00e9nale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A en croire certaines sources ce proche de Katumbu, il serait \u00ab poursuivi pour imputation dommageable et propagation de faux bruits \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le soir de la marche r\u00e9prim\u00e9e de l\u2019opposition du 20 mai 2023, \u201cMike Mukebayi en compagnie du d\u00e9put\u00e9 national Daniel SAFU a, dans un m\u00e9dia de Kinshasa, d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que Jean Pierre Bemba a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Minist\u00e8re de la d\u00e9fense dans le but de traquer Joseph Kabila\u201d. Dans le m\u00eame m\u00e9dia, Mike Mukebayi a pr\u00e9tendu que les Baluba ne font que porter pr\u00e9judice \u00e0 d\u2019autres tribus depuis l\u2019accession du pouvoir de F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Du moins, l\u2019arrestation de ce dernier, estime une certaine opinion, d\u00e9nonce une violation des immunit\u00e9s parlementaires et de la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
