{"id":37673,"date":"2023-05-26T00:26:43","date_gmt":"2023-05-25T22:26:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=37673"},"modified":"2023-05-26T00:26:47","modified_gmt":"2023-05-25T22:26:47","slug":"le-president-tshisekedi-veut-se-debarrasser-des-officiers-vereux-et-mal-formes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=37673","title":{"rendered":"Le pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi veut se \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9barrasser\u00a0\u00bb des officiers v\u00e9reux et mal form\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a annonc\u00e9&nbsp; vouloir d\u00e9barrasser les Forces arm\u00e9es de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (FARDC) \u00ab&nbsp;des officiers v\u00e9reux et mal form\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00bb afin de stopper les vell\u00e9it\u00e9s h\u00e9g\u00e9moniques du Rwanda, lors d\u2019un \u00e9change jeudi \u00e0 P\u00e9kin avec la diaspora congolaise de Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Il est temps de d\u00e9barrasser notre arm\u00e9e de ces officiers v\u00e9reux, souvent mal form\u00e9s, incapables de d\u00e9fendre le pays et sa population<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique devant plusieurs centaines de Congolais de la diaspora de Chine, en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019une \u00e9quipe de l\u2019ACP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Pour mettre fin aux vell\u00e9it\u00e9s h\u00e9g\u00e9moniques du Rwanda, nous devons compter sur nous-m\u00eames parce que nous d\u00e9fendrons nos territoires avec hargne<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Sur le plan s\u00e9curitaire, nous voulons r\u00e9gler par nous-m\u00eames cette question de l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ma position est de dire que nous devons compter sur nos propres forces plus que sur celles des amis<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il encore expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Sur le terrain, on observe une sorte de collaboration entre les contingents de la force de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019est avec les terroristes du M23, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du contingent burundais<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il par ailleurs d\u00e9plor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vantant \u00ab&nbsp;<em>la mont\u00e9e en puissance des FARDC<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, le pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi a promis que les violences provoqu\u00e9es par le Rwanda et son pr\u00e9sident Paul Kagame ne resteront pas impunies, d\u00e9plorant \u00ab&nbsp;<em>les conditions de vie infrahumaines impos\u00e9es \u00e0 plus d\u2019un million de Congolais, depuis la r\u00e9surgence du M23 dans l\u2019Est<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arriv\u00e9 mercredi \u00e0 P\u00e9kin,&nbsp; le pr\u00e9sident congolais sera en t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate vendredi 26 mai avec son homologue chinois Xi Jinping. A l\u2019occasion, plusieurs contrats et conventions seront sign\u00e9s par les parties congolaise et&nbsp; chinoise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les contrats chinois, \u00ab\u00a0<em>mal n\u00e9goci\u00e9s<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, seront \u00e9galement au menu des discussions, afin \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019image de la Chine aupr\u00e8s des Congolais\u00a0\u00bb.
