g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pr\u00e8s la Cour constitutionnelle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La c\u00e9r\u00e9monie s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e dans la salle de congr\u00e8s du palais du peuple \u00e0 Kinshasa, capitale de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la lecture des ordonnances, le procureur pr\u00e8s la Cour constitutionnelle, Jean-Paul Mukolo, a jur\u00e9 de \u00ab&nbsp;respecter la constitution et les lois de la RDC&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a pris acte de sa \u00ab&nbsp;prestation de serment en sa qualit\u00e9 de procureur pr\u00e8s la Cour constitutionnelle&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, 3 premiers avocats g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pr\u00e8s la Cour constitutionnelle ont, \u00e0 leur tour, pr\u00eat\u00e9 serment devant le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut rappeler que Jean-Pierre Mukolo a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduit \u00e0 son poste de procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour constitutionnelle
