{"id":39618,"date":"2023-06-12T14:24:21","date_gmt":"2023-06-12T12:24:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=39618"},"modified":"2023-06-12T14:33:45","modified_gmt":"2023-06-12T12:33:45","slug":"lacaj-appelle-le-csm-dassurer-une-formation-sur-lethique-et-la-lutte-contre-la-corruption-aux-nouveaux-magistrats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=39618","title":{"rendered":"l\u2019ACAJ appelle le CSM d\u2019assurer une formation sur l\u2019\u00e9thique et la lutte contre la corruption aux nouveaux magistrats"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L\u2019association congolaise pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice (ACAJ) salue l\u2019ordonnance pr\u00e9sidentielle nommant des nouveaux magistrats civils et militaires de la session 2023 rendue publique, dimanche 11 juin, sur les ondes de la RadioT\u00e9l\u00e9vision Nationale Congolaise (RTNC).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit des juristes qui avaient r\u00e9ussi au concours de recrutement \u00e0 la magistrature en octobre 2022 et qui \u00e9taient donc propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la nomination par ordonnance pr\u00e9sidentielle, indique des sources judiciaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ONG ACAJ demande par ailleurs au Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur de la Magistrature de leur assurer une formation s\u00e9rieuse sur l\u2019\u00e9thique et la lutte contre la corruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de noter que le Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle et pr\u00e9sident du Conseil sup\u00e9rieur de la magistrature, Dieudonn\u00e9 Kamuleta, avait publi\u00e9, le 2 novembre 2022 \u00e0 Kinshasa, les r\u00e9sultats du concours des candidats magistrats pass\u00e9 le 9 octobre de la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e. Selon ces r\u00e9sultats, cinq mille nouveaux magistrats s\u2019ajoutaient aux 3 004 autres, les r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s compris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Joe
