{"id":40382,"date":"2023-06-19T15:03:25","date_gmt":"2023-06-19T13:03:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=40382"},"modified":"2023-06-19T15:12:11","modified_gmt":"2023-06-19T13:12:11","slug":"recsa-14e-reunion-du-comite-technique-regional-les-participants-reflechissent-sur-la-proliferation-des-armes-legeres-et-petits-calibres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=40382","title":{"rendered":"RECSA \u2013 14\u00e8 r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 technique r\u00e9gional : Les participants r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent sur la prolif\u00e9ration des armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et petits calibres"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Il se tient, depuis ce lundi 19 juin 2023, la 14\u00e8 r\u00e9union ordinaire du comit\u00e9 technique consultative du Comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional de contr\u00f4le des armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et petits calibres (RECSA) dans la commune de la Gombe, \u00e0 laquelle prennent part tous les points focaux des pays membres de cette organisation r\u00e9gionale, mais aussi d\u2019autres parties prenantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces assises, qui vont de ce lundi 19 au mercredi 21 juin 2023, sont une occasion pour les pays membres d\u2019\u00e9tudier en profondeur cette question sur la circulation des armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et petits calibres, alors que la situation s\u00e9curitaire demeure volatile dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais d\u00e9j\u00e0, lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie du lancement des travaux, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 la disposition des participants \u00e0 cette r\u00e9union, des avanc\u00e9es significatives enregistr\u00e9es par la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) dans ce combat, entre autres la destruction, par les FARDC (Forces Arm\u00e9es de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo) et la Police Nationale Congolaise (PNC) de pr\u00e8s de 200.000 armes tous calibres confondus, mais aussi la destruction de plus de 1000 tonnes de munitions \u00e0 travers toute la R\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Ces r\u00e9alisations d\u00e9montrent l\u2019engagement du Gouvernement congolais \u00e0 mettre pleinement en oeuvre le protocole de Nairobi et de d\u00e9barrasser notre sous-r\u00e9gion des m\u00e9faits li\u00e9s \u00e0 la circulation illicite d\u2019armes \u00e0 feu \u00bb, a soutenu Landry Tshilombo, Pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 consultatif technique du RECSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, l\u2019agression rwandaise s\u2019est invit\u00e9e dans ces assises. Pour le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la RDC, la guerre que m\u00e8ne le Rwanda dans l\u2019Est du pays est l\u2019une des illustrations de frein \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lan du d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Cette r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 consultatif intervient au moment o\u00f9 la prolif\u00e9ration des armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et petits calibres ainsi que le niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de violence arm\u00e9e constitue un obstacle majeur du d\u00e9veloppement humain \u00e0 travers le monde, plus particuli\u00e8rement dans certaines zones de mon pays (la RDC, ndlr) avec la complicit\u00e9 du Rwanda qui nous attaque par le biais du M-23 (\u2026) Je tiens \u00e0 r\u00e9it\u00e9rer le soutien de la RDC \u00e0 l\u2019objectif collectif de coordonner nos efforts avec nos voisins r\u00e9gionaux dans la lutte contre la prolif\u00e9ration des armes l\u00e9g\u00e8res et de petits calibres \u00bb, a
