retirer le nom de Kalev Mutondo et Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary des listes de sanctions en raison de leur implication dans des violations des droits de l\u2019homme et de leur r\u00f4le dans l\u2019entrave au processus \u00e9lectoral de 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019ar\u00e8s le communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 ce lundi 19 juin, le retrait de noms de ces deux personnalit\u00e9s congolaises fait aux arr\u00eats pertinents pris par le Tribunal de l\u2019UE au mois de mars 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce communiqu\u00e9 pr\u00e9cise que les sanctions de l\u2019UE li\u00e9es aux violations des droits de l\u2019homme et aux entraves \u00e9lectorales restent en vigueur, et les mesures restrictives \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de 15 personnes sont toujours applicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parmi les 15 personnes toujours frapp\u00e9es des sanctions, il y a entre autres Willy Ngoma de M23, Evariste Boshab, Justin Bitakwira ou encore le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Amisi Kumba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Conseil de l\u2019UE dit continuer \u00e0 suivre de pr\u00e8s la situation en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo et qu\u2019il est pr\u00eat \u00e0 inscrire sur la liste toute personne qui fait obstacle \u00e0 une sortie de crise consensuelle et pacifique en vue de la tenue d\u2019\u00e9lections en RDC, qui est impliqu\u00e9e dans de graves violations des droits de l\u2019homme ou dans des atteintes graves \u00e0 ces droits, ainsi que les personnes responsables d\u2019entretenir le conflit arm\u00e9, l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou d\u2019inciter \u00e0 la violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Josu\u00e9
