Ce mercredi 21 juin, l\u2019ancien premier ministre a saisi la Cour de Cassation pour \u00ab&nbsp;atteinte aux droits &nbsp;garantis aux particuliers&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Augustin Matata se dit \u00eatre surpris d\u2019apprendre que Bahati a tenu une r\u00e9union avec des s\u00e9nateurs et membres de son bureau pour les informer du nouveau r\u00e9quisitoire du procureur de la Cour Constitutionnelle qui vise \u00e0 obtenir de nouveau la lev\u00e9e de ses immunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans sa plainte, ce s\u00e9nateur dit \u00eatre choqu\u00e9 de ce qu\u2019il qualifie des \u00ab&nbsp;complots&nbsp;\u00bb mont\u00e9s contre lui par le pr\u00e9sident du s\u00e9nat avec pour objectif le mettre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart dans la course \u00e9lectorale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il soutient que ce comportement de Bahati, membre du pr\u00e9sidium de l\u2019Union Sacr\u00e9e, est \u00ab&nbsp;un acte arbitraire et attentatoire aux libert\u00e9s et aux droits garantis par la constitution et les lois de la R\u00e9publique, et bien plus tombe sous le coup de l\u2019article 180 du code p\u00e9nal congolais Livre II&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans sa plainte, Matata Ponyo d\u00e9clare ce qui suit : \u00ab&nbsp;Ce qui choque et me pousse \u00e0 vous adresser la pr\u00e9sente plainte, c\u2019est que les actions que pose l\u2019honorable S\u00e9nateur Modeste Bahati Lukwebo, pr\u00e9sident du S\u00e9nat, rel\u00e8vent de la mauvaise foi, et visent \u00e0 m\u2019\u00e9liminer de la course pr\u00e9sidentielle, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu\u2019il est membre du pr\u00e9sidium de l\u2019Union Sacr\u00e9e et que lui-m\u00eame s\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 prononc\u00e9 ouvertement en faveur du candidat F\u00e9lix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo&nbsp;\u00bb, fait-il savoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 lui de se plaindre : \u00ab&nbsp;En outre, il organise des r\u00e9unions dans lesquelles il monte des complots contre moi avec pour objectif de me faire arr\u00eater, d\u00e9tenir et languir pour longtemps en prison, afin de concr\u00e9tiser son plan consistant \u00e0 m\u2019\u00e9liminer politiquement, alors que je n\u2019ai commis aucune infraction et je n\u2019ai rien fait du mal contre lui, ni contre le r\u00e9gime et encore moins contre l\u2019ordre public&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Par Kevin Muteba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OBJECTIFS INFO via CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 249<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le candidat d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2023, Augustin Matata Ponyo porte plainte contre le pr\u00e9sident du S\u00e9nat, Bahati Lukwebo.
