{"id":40823,"date":"2023-06-22T16:15:16","date_gmt":"2023-06-22T14:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=40823"},"modified":"2023-06-22T23:58:58","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T21:58:58","slug":"sommet-sur-le-climat-a-paris-la-rdc-negocie-a-hauteur-de-sa-biodiversite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=40823","title":{"rendered":"Sommet sur le climat : \u00e0 Paris, la RDC n\u00e9gocie \u00e0 hauteur de sa biodiversit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le R\u00e9seau des solutions pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable des Nations Unies (SDSN) organise un \u00e9v\u00e9nement avec la ville de Paris sur le renforcement de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au financement \u00e0 long terme pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable dans les villes et dans le monde.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arriv\u00e9 t\u00f4t ce matin \u00e0 Paris, capitale de la France, le Premier Ministre, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde, est \u00e0 la t\u00eate d&rsquo;une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation compos\u00e9e de quelques membres du Gouvernement, notamment les Ministres d&rsquo;Etat du Budget, de l&rsquo;Environnement, de l&rsquo;Am\u00e9nagement du territoire (Ndlr: lui \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 Paris avant la grande d\u00e9l\u00e9gation), le Vice-ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res ainsi que le Ministre de la Communication et M\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo; \u00e9v\u00e9nement a eu lieu en pr\u00e9sentiel le mercredi 21 juin, soit un jour avant l&rsquo;ouverture officielle du Sommet pour un nouveau pacte financier mondial. Il a un double objectif : financer le d\u00e9veloppement durable dans les villes et repenser l&rsquo;architecture financi\u00e8re mondiale pour atteindre les ODD et l&rsquo;Accord de Paris sur le climat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compte tenu de la position de la RDC au regard de ses ressources, en tant que pays solution dans la lutte contre le r\u00e9chauffement climatique, le Premier Ministre est porteur d&rsquo;un message du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique \u00e0 ce sommet mondial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Ministre de la Communication et porte-parole du gouvernement a fix\u00e9 l&rsquo;opinion en r\u00e9affirmant que la RDC veut voir toutes les promesses faites, de par son r\u00f4le mondial dans la lutte contre le changement climatique, se concr\u00e9tiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab<em>&nbsp;Nous venons d&rsquo;arriver \u00e0 Paris pour accompagner le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, qui repr\u00e9sente le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, \u00e0 ce grand Sommet sur le nouveau pacte financier mondial initi\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident Macron. Il sera question, au cours de ces travaux, de repenser le syst\u00e8me financier mondial, 80 ans apr\u00e8s les accords de Breton Woods, qui ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 le FMI et la Banque mondiale. Il faut aussi regarder comment l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 r\u00e9pond aux imp\u00e9ratifs climatiques. Vous savez que la RDC est un pays solution et par rapport \u00e0 tous ces sujets, il y a des avis que la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo compte \u00e9mettre. C&rsquo;est pour \u00e7a qu&rsquo;il y a cette d\u00e9l\u00e9gation qui vient d&rsquo;arriver sur Paris pour ces travaux. Nous nous positionnons comme pays solution non pas parce que nous voulons le dire, mais parce que nous avons des ressources qu&rsquo;il faut. Et vous savez que chaque seconde que les pollueurs polluent, chaque seconde aussi la RDC s&rsquo;assure que la temp\u00e9rature mondiale est r\u00e9gul\u00e9e notamment \u00e0 travers ses for\u00eats. Beaucoup de promesses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites. Ici, on veut voir ces promesses devenir concr\u00e8tes. Parce qu&rsquo;il faut arr\u00eater cette h\u00e9morragie qui touche \u00e0 notre humanit\u00e9. Et donc de ce point de vue comme sur d&rsquo;autres sujets, nous avons des avis \u00e0 \u00e9mettre<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse Patrick Muyaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut Signaler que ce sommet pour un nouveau pacte financier mondial est sous la direction du Pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron et conna\u00eet la participation de plus de 100 Chefs d&rsquo;\u00c9tat et de Gouvernement venus de tous les continents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce Sommet de Paris se tient les 22 et 23 juin. Convoqu\u00e9 par le pr\u00e9sident Emmanuel Macron, il s\u2019inscrit dans un contexte international marqu\u00e9 par les r\u00e9percussions des multiples crises climatique, \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, sanitaire et \u00e9conomique, notamment dans les pays les plus vuln\u00e9rables.
