Il y a au moins un r\u00e9sultat visible et palpable. \u00c0 mon arriv\u00e9e, il n\u2019y a pas une tonne de ma\u00efs produite par le Service National \u00e0 Kaniama Kasese. Notre premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, nous avions produit 1000 tonnes de ma\u00efs. Quelque part, nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas satisfaits car notre ambition \u00e9tait d\u2019arriver \u00e0 produire des dizaines de milliers de tonnes.
