{"id":42326,"date":"2023-07-05T11:37:57","date_gmt":"2023-07-05T09:37:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=42326"},"modified":"2023-07-05T11:43:00","modified_gmt":"2023-07-05T09:43:00","slug":"proces-en-flagrance-des-presumes-kidnappeurs-apres-identification-la-cause-renvoyee-a-laudience-publique-fixee-au-05-juillet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=42326","title":{"rendered":"Proc\u00e8s en flagrance des pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s kidnappeurs : apr\u00e8s identification, la cause renvoy\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019audience publique fix\u00e9e au 05 juillet"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Kinshasa\/Gombe, a renvoy\u00e9 la cause \u00e0 une audience publique fix\u00e9e \u00e0 la date du mercredi 05 juillet, sur l\u2019instruction du dossiers relatif des pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s criminels arr\u00eat\u00e9s \u00e0 Kinshasa jug\u00e9s en proc\u00e9dure de flagrance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s identification des pr\u00e9venus intervenue ce mardi, le Tribunal fixe le rendez-vous pour ce mercredi au Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur, S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et Affaires coutumi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Organe de la loi dit prendre cette d\u00e9cision pour permettre aux pr\u00e9venus d\u2019\u00eatre assist\u00e9s par leur d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que quatre (4) griefs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus contre eux, \u00e0 savoir :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Association des malfaiteurs ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enl\u00e8vement des personnes ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assassinats ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vols avec violences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les avocats de la d\u00e9fense disent attendre des sanctions exemplaires contre toutes ces personnes. C\u2019est dans ce cadre qu\u2019ils ont demand\u00e9 \u00e0 la population d\u2019aller au B\u00e2timent de la Territoriale afin d\u2019assister \u00e0 l\u2019audience de demain mercredi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils ont en outre invit\u00e9 les victimes des actes de ces malfrats \u00e0 t\u00e9moigner devant le Tribunal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour rappel, ces personnes criminelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es le lundi dernier au Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
