{"id":42483,"date":"2023-07-06T13:58:55","date_gmt":"2023-07-06T11:58:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=42483"},"modified":"2023-07-06T14:07:22","modified_gmt":"2023-07-06T12:07:22","slug":"elections-en-rdc-lunion-europeenne-salue-le-dialogue-entre-la-ceni-et-les-leaders-de-lopposition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=42483","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9lections en RDC : l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne salue le dialogue entre la CENI et les leaders de l\u2019Opposition"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Pr\u00e9sident de la Commission \u00c9lectorale Nationale et Ind\u00e9pendante (CENI), Denis Kadima Kazadi, s\u2019est entretenu, mardi 4 juillet 2023, avec Bernard QUINTIN, Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du service europ\u00e9en pour l\u2019action ext\u00e9rieure de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (UE).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensemble, ils ont \u00e9voqu\u00e9 des questions en lien direct avec le processus \u00e9lectoral dont le point d\u2019orgue est l\u2019organisation des scrutins du 20 d\u00e9cembre 2023 et bien d\u2019autres plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;h\u00f4te du Pr\u00e9sident Kadima a lou\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche initi\u00e9e d&rsquo;organiser les diff\u00e9rentes rencontres avec les t\u00e9nors de l&rsquo;opposition par souci d&rsquo;inclusivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Les \u00e9lections, c\u2019est dans moins de 6 mois, et le temps avance. Nous avons \u00e9voqu\u00e9 avec le Pr\u00e9sident Denis KADIMA des questions de calendrier \u00e9lectoral, des listes des \u00e9lecteurs, des bureaux qui sont ouverts pour recevoir des candidatures pour l\u2019\u00e9lection des d\u00e9put\u00e9s au niveau national, mais aussi des questions de l\u2019observation de diff\u00e9rents scrutins et de leur liaison. Des questions r\u00e9currentes certes, mais qui se posent avec une acuit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rente au fur et \u00e0 mesure que le temps avance. Ce sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments dont nous avons parl\u00e9 bri\u00e8vement\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Et de rajouter : \u00ab\u00a0Le Pr\u00e9sident de la CENI, et c\u2019est un aspect tr\u00e8s important, nous a rassur\u00e9s sur la tenue du calendrier \u00e9lectoral et aussi le souci d\u2019inclusivit\u00e9 par le fait qu\u2019il re\u00e7oit, \u00e0 son invitation, des leaders de l\u2019opposition pour discuter des questions de contentieux qui pourraient subsister. Je souhaite vivement que cela soit de bon augure que les \u00e9lections qui auront lieu et seront dans le d\u00e9lai pour surtout qu\u2019elles soient libres, transparentes et inclusives, comme le veut la formule consacr\u00e9e. Tout en se rappelant qu\u2019on parle bien d\u2019un processus \u00e9lectoral et que le jour du scrutin, c\u2019est un moment qui, ma foi, dure tout le temps \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
