L\u2019homme \u00e0 la cravate rouge, est invit\u00e9 \u00e0 se pr\u00e9senter devant le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour Constitutionnelle ce mercredi 12 juillet 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019invitation lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9e par Jean Paul Mukolo Nkokesha, officier du Minist\u00e8re Public pr\u00e8s la Cour Constitutionnelle dont une copie est parvenue \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction de objectif-infos.cd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans sa lettre, il a indiqu\u00e9 que le pr\u00e9sident du parti politique de l\u2019opposition Leadership pour la Gouvernance et le D\u00e9veloppement (LGD), est convoqu\u00e9 pour y \u00eatre entendu, pr\u00e9cise-t-il, sur  \u00bb les faits infractionnels lui imput\u00e9s \u00bb et lui fait savoir que  \u00bb faut de ce faire, il y sera contrainte conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
