{"id":43139,"date":"2023-07-12T17:22:00","date_gmt":"2023-07-12T15:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=43139"},"modified":"2023-07-12T23:06:41","modified_gmt":"2023-07-12T21:06:41","slug":"le-parti-de-matata-recadre-le-procureur-general-il-na-aucune-competence-il-doit-sabstenir-dinviter-un-ancien-premier-ministre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=43139","title":{"rendered":"Le Parti de Matata recadre le Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral : \u00ab\u00a0Il n\u2019a aucune comp\u00e9tence, il doit s\u2019abstenir d\u2019inviter un ancien Premier ministre\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le parti politique Leadership et Gouvernance pour le D\u00e9veloppement (LGD) a, dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 ce mercredi 12 juillet dont une copie est parvenue \u00e0 ACTU7.CD, estim\u00e9 que le Procureur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour Constitutionnelle n\u2019a aucune comp\u00e9tence d\u2019inviter un ancien Premier ministre et S\u00e9nateur en fonction afin d\u2019instruire sa cause.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce parti de l\u2019ancien Premier ministre congolais invite Jean-Paul Mukolo \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;lire utilement&nbsp;\u00bb la Constitution dans ses articles 163 \u00e0 167, la loi portant organisation et fonctionnement de la Cour Constitutionnelle, \u00ab&nbsp;faute de quoi, il y sera contraint par force&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon Franklin Tshiamala, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de ce parti, qui a sign\u00e9 ce communiqu\u00e9, l\u2019affaire Matata Ponyo a \u00e9t\u00e9 vid\u00e9e et close par l\u2019arr\u00eat rendu par la Cour Constitutionnelle en date du 15 novembre 2021.
