En ce moment, se trouve, entre les mains de la justice, le premier suspect qui est en train d\u2019\u00eatre interrog\u00e9 par le parquet de grande instance&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, a affirm\u00e9 ce jeudi 13 juillet \u00e0 Kinshasa, le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation,&nbsp;Firmin Mvonde. Il l\u2019a dit en conf\u00e9rence de presse qu\u2019il a anim\u00e9e avec le pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle et le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la cour constitutionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Il indique que Ch\u00e9rubin Okende a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9 par balle et qu\u2019une arme a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e dans son v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Les investigations ont commenc\u00e9. La police scientifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 requise \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la mort a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9e par balle, tir\u00e9e d\u2019une arme trouv\u00e9e \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du d\u00e9funt. Les premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments r\u00e9v\u00e8lent que la mort est survenue par balle. Je voudrais \u00e9galement vous informer que les t\u00e9moignages recueillis ne nous permettent pas \u00e0 l\u2019instant de dire qui serait le criminel et d\u2019o\u00f9 il est venu.
