Enlev\u00e9 depuis hier par plusieurs hommes arm\u00e9s devant la cour constitutionnelle, le d\u00e9put\u00e9 national Cherubin Okende, opposant et porte-parole du parti Ensemble pour la R\u00e9publique de Mo\u00efse Katumbi a \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9 mort ce matin \u00e0 bord de sa jeep sur l&rsquo;avenue des Poids Lourds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9couverte du corps cribl\u00e9 de bales de l&rsquo;opposant \u00e0 F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi, chef de l\u2019\u00e9tat congolais et pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, est tr\u00e8s loin de laisser l&rsquo;opinion tant nationale qu&rsquo;internationale indiff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon ses proches, Ch\u00e9rubin Okende s\u2019est rendu \u00e0 la&nbsp;Cour&nbsp;le 12 juillet. Arriv\u00e9 sur place, il aurait d\u00e9p\u00each\u00e9 son garde du corps&nbsp;Nicolas Kabunda&nbsp;afin de remettre une lettre demandant un report de vingt-quatre heures de la convocation. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en sortant du b\u00e2timent que son garde du corps a constat\u00e9 que le d\u00e9put\u00e9 avait disparu. Mais un responsable de la haute Cour affirme que, \u00ab&nbsp;Ch\u00e9rubin ne s&rsquo;est jamais rendu en personne \u00e0 la cour&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l&rsquo;opposition d\u00e9nonce cependant un acte \u00ab&nbsp;inadmissible&nbsp;\u00bb apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;assassinat de Ch\u00e9rubin Okende dans la capitale Congolaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le chef du gouvernement Sama Lokonde a, quant \u00e0 lui, d\u00e9plor\u00e9 cet acte ignoble et a instruit tous les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de diligenter une enqu\u00eate minutieuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Le Gouvernement a appris avec effroi l\u2019assassinat du Ministre honoraire des Transports, l\u2019Honorable Ch\u00e9rubin Okende Senga. Tout en condamnant cet acte odieux, il a instruit tous les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de faire diligence pour une enqu\u00eate minutieuse afin de faire la lumi\u00e8re sur cet acte inadmissible. Le Gouvernement pr\u00e9sente ses condol\u00e9ances les plus attrist\u00e9es \u00e0 sa famille&nbsp;\u00bb, peut-on lire dans un tweet du porte-parole du Gouvernement congolais, Patrick Muyaya Katembwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant les circonstances ayant conduit \u00e0 la mort de ce g\u00e9ant de la politique inspire unpeu trop un sentiment de d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu \u00e0 plus d&rsquo;un congolais. Aussi triste que peu \u00eatre la disparition de Ch\u00e9rubin Okende \u00ab&nbsp;son assassinat&nbsp;\u00bb pr\u00e9sente des points de similitudes avec les conditions dans lesquelles le militants congolais des droits de l&rsquo;homme, Floribert Chebeya a trouv\u00e9 la mort en juin 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les r\u00e9actions fusent de partout et plus d&rsquo;un congolais tombe d&rsquo;accord sur le fait que Cherubin Okende serait le Chebeya de Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ancien ministre de transport Cherubin Okende, \u00e0 l&rsquo;instar de l&rsquo;activiste des droits de l&rsquo;homme Floribert Chebeya est retrouv\u00e9 mort dans son propre v\u00e9hicule apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il sied de noter que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile appelle l&rsquo;Etat congolais qui a les pr\u00e9rogatives de protection de personnes et leurs biens de faire toute la lumi\u00e8re sur la mort de ce compatriote et que les coupables \u00e0 quel niveau que ce soit r\u00e9pondent de ce forfait .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NAT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CONGO PUB Online <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 297<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En RDC, Kinshasa s&rsquo;est r\u00e9veill\u00e9 sur une triste nouvelle, incommensurable, apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9couverte du corps sans vie de Cherubin Okende, dans la matin\u00e9e de ce jeudi 13 juillet 2023.
