Dans une requ\u00eate introduite aupr\u00e8s du pr\u00e9sident de la Cour constitutionnelle, le Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s ladite cour accuse le s\u00e9nateur Augustin Matata Ponyo, le sud-africain Christo Groblert patron de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Africom et cette fois-ci D\u00e9ogratias Mutombo, ex-Gouverneur de la Banque Centrale du Congo, (BCC), d\u2019avoir d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 les deniers publics destin\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs projets d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Procureur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Jean-Paul Mukolo indique dans son document, que l\u2019homme \u00e0 la cravate rouge \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque chef du Gouvernement et Christo Groblert, avaient d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 plus de 115 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs projets entre 2013 et 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0\u00ab (\u2026) agissant par coop\u00e9ration directe, \u00e9tant respectivement agent Public de l\u2019\u00c9tat, notamment Premier ministre et dirigeant de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Africom commodilties, ont d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 par plusieurs moyens notamment par l\u2019octroi des avantages financiers, la surfacturation, la constitution des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9cran, le d\u00e9tournement des proc\u00e9dures et la non ex\u00e9cution des travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de la route du site et de construction des \u00e9coles de formation et d\u2019autres ouvrages, la somme globale \u00e9quivalente en francs congolais de 115.9997.106 USD r\u00e9alis\u00e9s \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Africom commodilties pour la gestion du parc Agro-industriel de Bukanga Lonzo\u00a0\u00bb, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 le PG dans sa requ\u00eate, tout en pr\u00e9cisant que cela s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 dans une p\u00e9riode non encore couverte par le d\u00e9lai l\u00e9gal de prescription de l\u2019action publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une autre Affaire, le s\u00e9nateur Augustin Matata Ponyo et D\u00e9ogratias Mutombo, sont accus\u00e9s par le PG d\u2019avoir d\u00e9tourn\u00e9 la somme globale en francs congolais de 89.000.000 dollars am\u00e9ricains destin\u00e9e \u00e0 la construction du march\u00e9 international de Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par contre, l\u2019ancien ministre d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 aux Finances publique, Patrice Kitebi cit\u00e9 par le pass\u00e9 dans le dossier Bukanga-Lonzo, a \u00e9t\u00e9 lav\u00e9 de toute accusation par le Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour constitutionnelle Jean-Paul Mukolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par cons\u00e9quent, le Parquet g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour constitutionnelle invite le Pr\u00e9sident de ladite institution \u00e0 fixer les jours, date et heure auxquels cette affaire sera appel\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019audience publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affaire donc \u00e0 suivre\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectifs Infos  via  CONGO PUB Online <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 216<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019ancien Premier-Ministre, Augustin Matata Ponyo est de plus en plus dans le collimateur de la justice congolaise, dans l\u2019affaire du Parc Agro-industriel de Bukanga Lonzo et autres dossiers.
