Le vice-premier ministre de la Fonction publique a lanc\u00e9 ce mardi 17 juillet 2023, le portail web de la fonction publique, application num\u00e9rique qui permet au fonctionnaire de l\u2019Etat d\u2019\u00eatre en connaissance de sa situation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans son discours, Jean Pierre Lihau a soulign\u00e9 que cette initiative s\u2019inscrit dans la vision du chef de l\u2019Etat pour marier l\u2019administration publique du pays au num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab() avec la mise en place et mise en service de ce portail, nous venons l\u00e0 de franchir un nouveau cap dans la concr\u00e9tisation des objectifs de la modernisation de l\u2019administration publique, nous assign\u00e9s par le gouvernement sous la coordination de Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde. Ce portail repr\u00e9sente, un jalon important dans notre combat d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de service public et de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information pour tous les citoyens, agents et cadre de l\u2019administration publique<\/em> \u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le VPM Lihau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019application permet \u00e9galement aux fonctionnaires et aux gestionnaires o\u00f9 qu\u2019ils soient, de pouvoir soumettre leurs probl\u00e8mes en annexant les documents y aff\u00e9rents mais surtout de pouvoir suivre en temps r\u00e9el le traitement de leur dossier sans avoir \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer physiquement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce portail \u00e0 3 objectifs : la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation des proc\u00e9dures administratives, la transparence et la communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Bulletin de paie<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • D\u00e9nonciation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Le ministre de la fonction publique a appel\u00e9 les fonctionnaires de l\u2019Etat sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue du pays \u00e0 utiliser cette innovation qui est s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et qui facilite diff\u00e9rentes t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
