{"id":44194,"date":"2023-07-21T10:45:52","date_gmt":"2023-07-21T08:45:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=44194"},"modified":"2023-07-21T12:16:34","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T10:16:34","slug":"kananga-une-intervention-policiere-dans-une-affaire-de-kidnapping-fait-deux-morts-par-balle-perdue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=44194","title":{"rendered":"Kananga: Une intervention polici\u00e8re dans une affaire de kidnapping fait deux morts par \u00ab\u00a0balle perdue\u00a0\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un jeune gar\u00e7on d\u2019environ seize (16) ans et un homme d\u2019une cinquantaine r\u00e9volu ont connu la mort par \u00ab balle perdue \u00bb dans la soir\u00e9e de ce jeudi 20 juillet autour au quartier Katoka 3, commune portant un m\u00eame nom, ville de Kananga, chef-lieu de la province du Kasa\u00ef-Central.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les t\u00e9moins du drame, une femme a \u00e9t\u00e9 appr\u00e9hend\u00e9e par la population de cette municipalit\u00e9 avec deux (2) enfants dans un sac. Comme ce sont des op\u00e9rations qui se font ces derniers jours \u00e0 Kananga sans que ces hors-la-loi ne soient appr\u00e9hend\u00e9s, la population voulait se rendre une justice populaire. Dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat, les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de Police Nationale Congolaise (PNC) sont arriv\u00e9s sur le lieu et voulaient, \u00e0 leur tour, emmener la criminelle \u00e0 l\u2019inspection pour que la justice puisse s\u2019en occuper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, la population restait cat\u00e9gorique sur sa d\u00e9cision de br\u00fbler vive cette dame, ce qui a occasionn\u00e9 des cr\u00e9pitements de balles et l\u2019une est all\u00e9e se loger dans la nuque du jeune gar\u00e7on qui a succomb\u00e9 sur le champ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les m\u00eames sources rapportent que l\u2019autre victime a succomb\u00e9 de ses blessures apr\u00e8s \u00eatre achemin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital. Aux derni\u00e8res nouvelles, le policier auteur de cet acte a pris la poudre d\u2019escampette, alors que le Gouverneur de province a ordonn\u00e9 son arrestation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces derniers jours \u00e0 Kananga, des enfants mineurs font l\u2019objet de kidnapping.
