Pourquoi cette fermet\u00e9 et cette \u00e9ventualit\u00e9 extr\u00eame face \u00e0 la junte nig\u00e9rienne et non pour la Guin\u00e9e, le Mali et le Burkina Faso, \u00c9tats eux aussi dirig\u00e9s par des juntes&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9ponse d\u2019un diplomate ghan\u00e9en&nbsp;: \u00ab <em>C\u2019est une question de cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9.
