{"id":45549,"date":"2023-08-14T18:49:19","date_gmt":"2023-08-14T16:49:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=45549"},"modified":"2023-08-14T18:49:25","modified_gmt":"2023-08-14T16:49:25","slug":"budget-2023-un-solde-excedentaire-de-821-millions-usd-enregistre-au-3-aout-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=45549","title":{"rendered":"Budget 2023, un solde exc\u00e9dentaire de 82,1 millions USD enregistr\u00e9 au 3 ao\u00fbt 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-au-3-aout-2023-l-execution-du-budget-en-devises-en-republique-democratique-du-congo-affiche-un-solde-excedentaire-remarquable-de-82-1-millions-de-dollars-americains-usd-selon-la-derniere-note-de-conjoncture-economique-de-la-banque-centrale-du-congo-bcc\">Au 3 ao\u00fbt 2023, l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du Budget en devises en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo affiche un solde exc\u00e9dentaire remarquable de 82,1 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains (USD), selon la derni\u00e8re note de conjoncture \u00e9conomique de la Banque Centrale du Congo (BCC).<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Analyse du Solde Exc\u00e9dentaire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette note souligne que ce solde positif provient d\u2019une combinaison de recettes s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 95,24 millions de dollars et de d\u00e9penses totalisant 13,1 millions de dollars, durant la p\u00e9riode consid\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comparaison Trimestrielle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un contexte plus large, il est pertinent de noter que le premier trimestre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e en cours, de janvier \u00e0 mars 2023, a enregistr\u00e9 un d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire de l\u2019ordre de 194,3 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce d\u00e9ficit d\u00e9coule de recettes totales de l\u2019ordre de 528,99 millions de dollars (dont 453,67 millions de dollars provenant d\u2019op\u00e9rations de change), tandis que les d\u00e9penses ont atteint 723,29 millions de dollars (incluant 537,27 millions de dollars de d\u00e9penses li\u00e9es aux besoins du Tr\u00e9sor), d\u2019apr\u00e8s les informations fournies dans la note de conjoncture de la BCC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comparaison Annuelle<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En juxtaposant ces donn\u00e9es \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, une tendance int\u00e9ressante \u00e9merge. En 2022, le Budget en devises affichait un exc\u00e9dent de l\u2019ordre de 116,1 millions de dollars. Cela d\u00e9coule de recettes totales de 753,1 millions de dollars et de d\u00e9penses de 637,0 millions de dollars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Perspectives et Implications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette analyse souligne l\u2019importance de surveiller de pr\u00e8s l\u2019ex\u00e9cution du Budget en devises en RD Congo.
