Les membres de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des entreprises du Congo, FEC, ont visit\u00e9, ce samedi 19 ao\u00fbt, les travaux de construction du nouveau march\u00e9 central moderne de Kinshasa, projet initi\u00e9 par le gouverneur de la ville de Kinshasa Gentiny Ngobila Mbaka.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces entrepreneurs RD-congolais ont \u00e9t\u00e9 conduits par le chef de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif provincial de Kinshasa qui, avec le coordonnateur des travaux, Emany Mputu, ont fourni des explications \u00e0 leurs h\u00f4tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ils ont commenc\u00e9 leur visite \u00e0 partir du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au troisi\u00e8me et dernier niveau. Visiblement satisfaits de ce qu\u2019ils ont vu, ils ont exprim\u00e9 leur satisfecit au gouverneur Gentiny Ngobila pour cette r\u00e9alisation, tout en louant la qualit\u00e9 des travaux ex\u00e9cut\u00e9s. Pour le patron des entreprises du Congo, Albert Yuma, ce nouveau march\u00e9 va booster le d\u00e9veloppement de petites et moyennes entreprises nationales congolaises de la ville de Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00bb Nous sommes venus en tant que FEC pour promouvoir aupr\u00e8s de nos membres de venir s\u2019installer au march\u00e9, parce que toutes les conditions d\u2019un march\u00e9 moderne sont r\u00e9unies. Nous avons tous grandi \u00e0 Kinshasa, on savait \u00e0 quoi ce march\u00e9 ressemblait. Ce qu\u2019on vient de voir, on ne sait pas si beaucoup de pays d\u2019Afrique ont ce type de march\u00e9 \u00bb a-t-il mentionn\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De l\u2019avis d\u2019Albert Yuma, il n\u2019 y a aucun b\u00e2timent dans la ville de Kinshasa qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit comme ce qui est fait au March\u00e9 central.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Avec l\u2019\u0153il d\u2019expert, je vois que toutes les normes d\u2019architecture sont respect\u00e9es et nous allons attendre \u00e0 la fin pour voir comment tout va se pr\u00e9senter \u00ab , a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces entrepreneurs ont promis d\u2019inviter le gouverneur de la ville Gentiny Ngobila pour qu\u2019il leur am\u00e8ne la maquette, pour voir avec d\u00e9tails ce qui est entrain d\u2019\u00eatre fait sur ce grand chantier de Zando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u00bb Nous \u00e9tions parmi ceux qui ne croient pas en ce projet. Maintenant, nous pouvons rassurer que le gouverneur Gentiny Ngobila ne dormait pas, il y avait des travaux qui se faisaient s\u00e9rieusement. Nous venons de le constater avec satisfaction \u00bb, a conclu ce cadre de la FEC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visiblement satisfaits, les membres de la FEC ont promis d\u2019avoir une r\u00e9union de travail avec le gouverneur Gentiny Ngobila dans la perspective de travailler avec l\u2019h\u00f4tel de Ville pour faire de ce march\u00e9 quelque chose qui permet \u00e0 la ville de Kinshasa non seulement de donner du travail mais aussi de d\u00e9clencher un processus \u00e9conomique pour les nationaux. De l\u2019avis des constructeurs, l\u2019ouvrage sera remis \u00e0 la ville de Kinshasa \u00e0 la fin du mois de novembre 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
