Suite \u00e0 la pol\u00e9mique faisant \u00e9tat de l’absence d’un pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l’UDPS depuis l’investiture de F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, le 25 janvier 2019 \u00e0 la magistrature supr\u00eame, le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Augustin Kabuya a inform\u00e9 l’opinion tant nationale qu’internationale que la question de l’\u00e9lection d’un nouveau pr\u00e9sident au sein de ce parti n’est pas \u00e0 l’ordre du jour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le SG Augustin Kabuya a affirm\u00e9, ce lundi 21 ao\u00fbt dans une \u00e9mission diffus\u00e9e par une radio locale, qu’il ne voit pas quelqu’un qui peut faire l’unanimit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce jour, en dehors d’un Tshisekedi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il estime que c’est suicidaire de voir un membre de l’UDPS demander que l’on \u00e9carte \u201cTshisekedi\u201d alors que pour leur survie politique, nombreux dans l’union sacr\u00e9e, se serva’ent de ce nom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPar cons\u00e9quent, toux ceux que vous voyez sortir de gauche \u00e0 droite , se d\u00e9clarer nouveaux dirigeants de l’UDPS, ce sont des farceurs\u201d, a-t-il l\u00e2ch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le chef de l’administration de ce parti au pouvoir a promis de traduire, dans les tous prochains jours, une frange de l’UDPS qui avait annonc\u00e9 l’\u00e9lection de Hubert Mukuna au poste du pr\u00e9sident du parti, \u00e0 l’issu d’un deuxi\u00e8me congr\u00e8s extraordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notons que Hubert Mukuna, aussit\u00f4t autoproclam\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident de l’UDPS, avait aussi nomm\u00e9 un secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au nom de Senghor Makemba. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le SG Augustin Kabuya a, par ailleurs, d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que toute position de mettre \u00e0 l’\u00e9cart le pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi ne pourrait \u00eatre accept\u00e9e que le jour o\u00f9 il ne sera plus secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’UDPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il importe de souligner, par ailleurs que, d’apr\u00e8s certaines indiscr\u00e9tions, le parti pr\u00e9sidentiel va tenir un congr\u00e8s ce vendredi 25 ao\u00fbt dans la commune de Maluku \u00e0 Kinshasa, pour ent\u00e9riner la candidature de F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle de d\u00e9cembre 2023, par l’entremise de la commission technique mise en place. Cette m\u00eame source affirme qu’Augustin Kabuya pourra maintenir la direction de l’UDPS en \u00e9tant cette fois, pr\u00e9sident int\u00e9rimaire et Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du parti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
