{"id":46414,"date":"2023-08-26T20:32:02","date_gmt":"2023-08-26T18:32:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=46414"},"modified":"2023-08-26T20:33:31","modified_gmt":"2023-08-26T18:33:31","slug":"kinshasa-gentiny-ngobila-depose-enfin-le-projet-dedit-portant-reddition-des-comptes-de-lexercice-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=46414","title":{"rendered":"Kinshasa : Gentiny Ngobila d\u00e9pose enfin le projet d\u2019\u00e9dit portant reddition des comptes de l\u2019exercice 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le gouvernement provincial de la ville de Kinshasa vient de s\u2019acquitter de son obligation en d\u00e9posant aupr\u00e8s de la Cour des comptes son projet d\u2019\u00e9dit portant reddition des comptes de l\u2019exercice 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce d\u00e9p\u00f4t est intervenu vendredi 25 ao\u00fbt par le conseiller charg\u00e9 de la reddition des comptes aupr\u00e8s du ministre provincial des finances de Kinshasa au greffe de la Cour des comptes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a quelques jours, la Cour des comptes dans sa correspondance avait constat\u00e9 que le gouvernement provincial n\u2019avait pas d\u00e9pos\u00e9 ce projet dans le d\u00e9lai conform\u00e9ment aux textes l\u00e9gaux en la mati\u00e8re. Ainsi, elle avait recommand\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale de prendre des sanctions \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du gouverneur Gentiny Ngobila.
