{"id":46708,"date":"2023-09-04T01:19:50","date_gmt":"2023-09-03T23:19:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=46708"},"modified":"2023-09-04T01:24:30","modified_gmt":"2023-09-03T23:24:30","slug":"fusillade-meurtriere-de-goma-le-president-tshisekedi-consterne-et-en-colere","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=46708","title":{"rendered":"Fusillade meurtri\u00e8re de Goma : le pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi constern\u00e9 et en col\u00e8re"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fusillade meurtri\u00e8re de Goma, qui a occasionn\u00e9 la mort de 43 personnes selon un bilan officiel, a provoqu\u00e9 la consternation et la col\u00e8re du pr\u00e9sident Tshisekedi, a rapport\u00e9 vendredi le porte-parole du gouvernement, Patrick Muyaya, dans le compte rendu de la 111<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> r\u00e9union du Conseil des ministres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>C\u2019est avec col\u00e8re, effroi et consternation que le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a appris le d\u00e9c\u00e8s, le 30 ao\u00fbt 2023, de pr\u00e8s d\u2019une cinquantaine de personnes brutalement fauch\u00e9es au cours d\u2019une manifestation dans la ville de Goma, des suites d\u2019une intervention de nos forces de l\u2019ordre<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le ministre Muyaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement malheureux ne peut que faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une forte d\u00e9sapprobation et d\u2019une forte condamnation tant elle est incompatible \u00e0 la vie en d\u00e9mocratie, d\u2019une part ; et d\u2019autre part, \u00e0 la mission constitutionnellement d\u00e9volue aux Forces arm\u00e9es de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (FARDC)<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le porte-parole du gouvernement, \u00ab <em>le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a appel\u00e9 la Justice \u00e0 faire la lumi\u00e8re sur ce drame et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir les responsabilit\u00e9s tout en soulignant que ce drame ne peut demeurer et ne demeurera pas impuni <\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi a, \u00e0 cette occasion, lanc\u00e9 un appel aux forces de l\u2019ordre pour que des efforts soient mis en \u0153uvre dans le registre de la pr\u00e9vention et du dialogue avec la population qu\u2019elle a la noble mission de prot\u00e9ger, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le ministre de la Communication et des m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique a, enfin, instruit les vice-Premiers ministres de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur et de la D\u00e9fense, ainsi que la ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e0 la Justice et Garde des Sceaux de lui faire rapport, dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais, sur les circonstances ayant conduit \u00e0 ce drame.
