Il \u00e9tait temps de donner une nouvelle impulsion pour redorer l\u2019image ternie de la justice congolaise&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Firmin Mvonde Mambu a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessaire pour ces procureurs de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes de la population conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la vision du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans la foul\u00e9e, le procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour de cassation a martel\u00e9 sur le souci du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat d\u2019instaurer l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit au pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat a dit une fois que s\u2019il devait faire le bilan de son mandat, le premier b\u00e9mol, c\u2019est la justice. Personnellement, j\u2019\u00e9tais interpell\u00e9 par ce point de vue. J\u2019ai fait une introspection et je me suis dit qu\u2019il \u00e9tait temps de vous transmettre les instructions qui vont dans le sens de rencontrer les pr\u00e9occupations du magistrat supr\u00eame. S\u2019il y a eu un laisser-aller, je crois qu\u2019il est temps que nous puissions mettre fin et donner une nouvelle impulsion&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb, a-t-il dit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rappelons que les procureurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux pr\u00e8s les Cours d\u2019appel des provinces \u00e0 qui l\u2019administration d\u2019une justice distributive a \u00e9t\u00e9 recommand\u00e9e, font partie des magistrats nouvellement nomm\u00e9s par le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique.
