l\u2019organe d\u00e9lib\u00e9rant, God\u00e9 Mpoyi Kadima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans un courrier sign\u00e9 le jeudi 28 septembre, envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 ces coll\u00e8gues d\u00e9put\u00e9s, dont une copie est parvenue ce vendredi 29 septembre \u00e0 Actu30.cd, l\u2019\u00e9lu de la commune de Kimbanseke dit \u00eatre la cible de menaces t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques cons\u00e9cutives \u00e0 son refus de c\u00e9der aux tentatives r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es du pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019APK et de chantage visant \u00e0 lui contraindre \u00e0 signer un faux proc\u00e8s-verbal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce courrier, L\u00e9on-Junior Nembalemba souligne clairement que si lui-m\u00eame ou un membre de sa famille venait \u00e0 subir un pr\u00e9judice, le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019assembl\u00e9e provinciale de Kinshasa serait tenu pour seul et unique responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, ce d\u00e9put\u00e9 provincial<br>r\u00e9affirme sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 travailler avec un engagement in\u00e9branlable pour le bien de la ville de Kinshasa, tout en respectant les
