Le deuxi\u00e8me congr\u00e8s ordinaire du parti politique ENVOL a d\u00e9but\u00e9, dimanche 1er octobre, \u00e0 Boma, dans la province du Kongo Central.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 l\u2019occasion du lancement de ces assises, un meeting populaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 au stade Socol par le pr\u00e9sident national de cette formation politique et candidat pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Delly Sesanga, sous le th\u00e8me :  \u00bbD\u00e9mocratie et soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018\u2018Il s\u2019agit, avant tout, 7 ans apr\u00e8s le congr\u00e8s de Nioki, dans le Ma\u00ef-Ndombe, de plancher \u00e0 fond sur ce qu\u2019aura \u00e9t\u00e9 notre marche en tant que formation politique, engag\u00e9e dans une lutte r\u00e9publicaine et d\u00e9mocratique des valeurs pour la dignit\u00e9 de la Nation, le changement et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie de nos compatriotes. Il est, en outre, question d\u2019\u00e9valuer \u00e0 fond, avec pertinence et la pleine responsabilit\u00e9, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9silience de notre syst\u00e8me d\u2019organisation pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis qui sont les n\u00f4tres<\/em> \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ce d\u00e9put\u00e9 national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour Delly Sesanga, Il s\u2019agit \u00e9galement, au regard du contexte socio-politique du pays et des enjeux de taille qui se dressent devant la Nation, de lever des options majeures quant au choix de demeurer et d\u2019avancer dans le processus \u00e9lectoral en cours, pour prendre effectivement part aux \u00e9lections du 20 d\u00e9cembre prochain voulues d\u00e9mocratiques, transparentes, libres et inclusives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus de 200 d\u00e9l\u00e9gations, venues de 26 provinces de la RDC et de la diaspora congolaise, prennent part \u00e0 ces travaux qui se d\u00e9roulent dans la salle Marie de la passion situ\u00e9e dans la commune de Kabondo, ville symbolique et historique de Boma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trois th\u00e9matiques seront expos\u00e9es lors de ces assises. Il s\u2019agit de la position politique face aux \u00e9ch\u00e9ances de 2023 (quelles strat\u00e9gies \u00e9lectorales?), du projet de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et feuille de route pour les 5 prochaines ann\u00e9es, et de la r\u00e9forme du parti et r\u00e9vision des statuts (flexibilit\u00e9 des dispositions et le\u00e7ons tir\u00e9es des difficult\u00e9s). Ce congr\u00e8s va se cl\u00f4turer le 3 octobre prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
