{"id":48616,"date":"2023-10-04T20:52:51","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T18:52:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=48616"},"modified":"2023-10-04T20:55:47","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T18:55:47","slug":"affaire-stanis-bujakera-le-parquet-envoi-le-dossier-en-fixation-pour-un-proces-public-au-tribunal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=48616","title":{"rendered":"Affaire Stanis Bujakera : le parquet envoi le dossier en fixation pour un proc\u00e8s public au tribunal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le parquet de grande instance de Kinshasa Gombe a envoy\u00e9, mardi 3 octobre, en fixation le dossier du journaliste Stanis Bujakera pour un proc\u00e8s public dont la date sera d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le tribunal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;arrestation depuis plusieurs semaines de ce journaliste d\u2019Actualites.cd et correspondant de Jeune Afrique a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9 au cours du briefing de presse tenu, le m\u00eame mardi, \u00e0 Lubumbashi (Haut-Katanga) par le ministre de la Communication et M\u00e9dias, Patrick Muyaya et le gouverneur de la province du Haut-Katanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9pondant \u00e0 une question de journaliste, Patrick Muyaya a indiqu\u00e9 que le dossier suit son cours au niveau de la justice.
