Selon ses avocats, cette d\u00e9cision du tribunal de Ziguinchor, devrait avoir un effet imm\u00e9diat et leur permettre de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer ses formulaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la foul\u00e9e, l&rsquo;agent judiciaire de l&rsquo;Etat, dans un communiqu\u00e9 publi\u00e9 par les sites d&rsquo;information, a cependant dit que l&rsquo;Etat allait introduire un recours contre la d\u00e9cision du juge et qu&rsquo;Ousmane Sonko ne pouvait toujours pas \u00eatre candidat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les avocats de M. Sonko ont contest\u00e9 jeudi sa radiation devant un tribunal de Ziguinchor, ville dont il est maire et o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait inscrit sur les listes. Cette action a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par une partie de la presse comme repr\u00e9sentant la derni\u00e8re chance de l&rsquo;opposant d&rsquo;\u00eatre candidat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ousmane Sonko a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crou\u00e9 fin juillet sous d&rsquo;autres chefs d&rsquo;inculpation, dont l&rsquo;appel \u00e0 l&rsquo;insurrection, association de malfaiteurs en lien avec une entreprise terroriste et atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Etat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ses avocats soutiennent que leur client ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 depuis sa condamnation de juin, il doit \u00eatre rejug\u00e9 et sa condamnation n&rsquo;est pas d\u00e9finitive.
