Dos au mur, sans langue, le juge s\u00e9v\u00e8rement jug\u00e9 et condamn\u00e9 a des bras s\u00e9culiers forts sur lequel il peut se tenir encore debout. L\u2019\u00e9minent Professeur Ngute Novate est l\u2019h\u00e9ros dans l\u2019ombre. Dossier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La lettre \u00e0 Puela<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019est un Professeur qui prend la d\u00e9fense d\u2019un autre Professeur, clou\u00e9 au pilori. Le P. O Ngute Novato, apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre adress\u00e9 au Professeur Pandatimu, celui-ci condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 12 ans de prison, a, cette fois, exp\u00e9di\u00e9 une longue lettre au Ministre des Droits Humains en RDC, Fabrice Puela. D\u00e9cid\u00e9ment, le Professeur Ordinaire s\u2019engage \u00e0 disculper son coll\u00e8gue. Un combat dans lequel il est impliqu\u00e9, m\u00eame pendant le proc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si \u00e7a d\u00e9pendait de Ngute Novato, Pandatimu serait libre en ce moment. \u00ab Personne n\u2019a vu notre coll\u00e8gue agresser la m\u00e8re de ses enfants, \u00bb<\/strong> ce qu\u2019il \u00e9crit \u00e0 Fabrice Puela, dans une lettre sign\u00e9e le 10 octobre. Le ministre des droits humains avait demand\u00e9, dans un communiqu\u00e9, des sanctions exemplaires, penales et administratives contre Pandatimu et sa suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ngute consid\u00e8re que dans ce communiqu\u00e9, Puela \u00ab a jet\u00e9 en p\u00e2ture et \u00e0 brandi un innocent comme un troph\u00e9e au sens antique de la d\u00e9pouille d\u2019un ennemi vaincu. \u00bb <\/strong>Il met \u00e9galement dos au mur Fryde Kelekele, l\u2019ex femme de son coll\u00e8gue professeur. Dans sa lettre, des griefs p\u00e9nalement punissables sont cit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Savez-vous que l\u2019ex-\u00e9pouse de notre coll\u00e8gue, d\u00e9fenseur judiciaire de son \u00e9tat, a \u00e9t\u00e9 verbalis\u00e9e suite \u00e0 l\u2019incendie volontaire puis mise au cachot et lib\u00e9r\u00e9 par le magistrat Ikobia sur ordre du procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ? [\u2026] Connaissez-vous le degr\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance de cette dame qui a menac\u00e9 les agents de l\u2019ordre avec une b\u00eache \u00e0 la main ?\u00bb<\/strong> demande-t-il au ministre.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019innocence clam\u00e9e<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le Professeur Pandatimu est innocent, victime de l\u2019injustice, aux yeux du Professeur Ngute. \u00ab Saviez-vous aussi que ces policiers ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 en plein proc\u00e8s de n\u2019avoir jamais re\u00e7u aucun ordre du Professeur Jean-Claude Pandatimu ? \u00bb, <\/strong>Ngute r\u00e9v\u00e8le un fait risible dans sa lettre.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Ce pauvre justiciable\u2026est connu du quartier et de ses proches qu\u2019il se faisait tabasser par son \u00e9pouse devant ses enfants, sans jamais, lever sa main en retour sur la m\u00e8re de ses enfants.\u00bb<\/strong> et plus loin, il d\u00e9clare : \u00ab Sa sagesse a \u00e9t\u00e9 de ne jamais se faire justice et de laisser tout entre les mains de la justice. \u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ngute qui d\u00e9fend son \u00ab fr\u00e8re bienaim\u00e9 et sage \u00bb<\/strong> demande au ministre Fabrice Puela d\u2019apaiser l\u2019opinion et laver son coll\u00e8gue de l\u2019opprobre. \u00ab\u2026le concept homme qu\u2019on trouve dans l\u2019expression \u00ab droits de l\u2019homme \u00bb designe \u00e0 la fois \u00ab l\u2019homme et la femme. \u00bb\u00bb <\/strong>dit-il au Ministre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un proc\u00e8s politique<\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, le PO, l\u2019unique professeur qui d\u00e9fend publiquement Pandatimu dans ce dossier, d\u00e9nonce un proc\u00e8s politique. L\u2019ex-femme du professeur Pandatimu, \u00e0 en croire la lettre du PO, est membre du MLC. \u00ab Le juge de l\u2019affaire est candidat d\u00e9put\u00e9 dans le compte du MLC, \u00bb <\/strong>affirme-t-il. \u00ab Et pour boucler la boucle, la suspension inutilement pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9e par le recteur de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Kisangani, un ancien f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du MLC, alors que l\u2019appel ( qui est suspensif ) est act\u00e9.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On le rappelle, \u00c8ve Bazaiba, actuel Ministre de l\u2019Environnement et haut cadre du MLC, avait pris part au proc\u00e8s. Plusieurs langues ont d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 une cabale judiciaire politiquement ourdie dans l\u2019affaire. La dame a vaincu et a \u00e9t\u00e9 compens\u00e9e par l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif provincial devenant vraisemblablement l\u2019ambassadrice des femmes de la Tshopo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le professeur JC Pandatimu a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 12 ans de prison pour incitation des militaires et arrestation arbitraire. Trois policiers ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 entre 8 et 12 ans de prison. La lutte du Professeur Ngute Novate va-t-elle r\u00e9ellement payee ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
