p\u00e9troliers de la zone sud du pays, essentiellement compos\u00e9e des provinces de l\u2019espace Katanga, menacent d\u2019initier un mouvement de gr\u00e8ve \u00e0 partir de ce vendredi 20 octobre, si le gouvernement ne s\u2019acquitte de tout le manque \u00e0 gagner.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils ont brandi cette menace dans un communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 mercredi par Patrick Muland, pr\u00e9sident de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des entreprises du Congo (FEC) dans la province du Haut-Katanga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les p\u00e9troliers ont mentionn\u00e9, dans ce communiqu\u00e9, qu\u2019ils refusent de continuer \u00e0 croupir sous le poids des pertes et manques \u00e0 gagner jusqu\u2019ici non rembours\u00e9s par le gouvernement congolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab Les entreprises ne pouvant ni anticiper la mont\u00e9e des prix \u00e0 la pompe ni continuer \u00e0 assurer le rythme r\u00e9gulier d\u2019approvisionnement de ce produit dans la zone et l\u2019absence d\u2019une nouvelle structure des prix des produits p\u00e9troliers et du paiement des pertes et manques \u00e0 gagner ne pourront que constater l\u2019arr\u00eat de la fourniture \u00e0 partir de ce vendredi 20 octobre 2023 \u00bb<\/em>, explique Patrick Muland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9sident de la FEC au Haut-Katanga a appel\u00e9 le gouvernement congolais au respect des engagements pris lors de la r\u00e9union avec les p\u00e9troliers, tenue il y a deux semaines \u00e0 Lubumbashi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de son s\u00e9jour dans la ville cuprif\u00e8re, fin septembre dernier, Vital Kamerhe, ministre de l\u2019\u00c9conomie nationale, avait rassur\u00e9 que le gouvernement va payer le \u00ab&nbsp;manque \u00e0 gagner des entreprises p\u00e9troli\u00e8res du grand Katanga tout comme celles de l\u2019Est du pays&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il avait fait part de cette d\u00e9cision gouvernementale au lendemain de la fermeture de plusieurs stations-service \u00e0 Lubumbashi et Likasi, dans le Haut-Katanga, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 Kolwezi, dans le Lualaba, assurant que ce paiement devrait intervenir end\u00e9ans trois jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Giscard Havril
