En effet, la Cour constitutionnelle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9, ce lundi 30 octobre, irrecevable la requ\u00eate de Junior Tshivuadi contre le candidat Mo\u00efse Katumbi pour l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle du 20 d\u00e9cembre prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cons\u00e9quence de la d\u00e9cision de la Haute Cour, Mo\u00efse Katumbi reste dans la course pour la pr\u00e9sidentielle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il est judiciairement \u00e9tabli aujourd’hui qu’il ne peut avoir aucune contestation sur la nationalit\u00e9 congolaise de Mo\u00efse Katumbi \u00a0\u00bb Ma\u00eetre Herv\u00e9 Diakese avocat et porte parole d’ensemble pour la R\u00e9publique<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, la Cour constitutionnelle a jug\u00e9 recevable, mais non fond\u00e9e la requ\u00eate de Seth Kikuni en invalidation de la candidature de F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
