{"id":50747,"date":"2023-10-31T09:08:10","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T08:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=50747"},"modified":"2023-10-31T09:08:16","modified_gmt":"2023-10-31T08:08:16","slug":"contentieux-des-candidatures-la-cour-constitutionnelle-a-montre-quelle-est-une-institution-independante-tobie-kayumbi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=50747","title":{"rendered":"Contentieux des candidatures : la Cour constitutionnelle a montr\u00e9 qu\u2019elle est une institution ind\u00e9pendante (Tobie Kayumbi)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le cadre de l\u2019Union pour la d\u00e9mocratie et le progr\u00e8s social (UDPS), Tobie Kayumbi, a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 la Cour constitutionnelle pour ses arr\u00eats rendus le lundi 30 octobre en mati\u00e8re de contentieux des candidatures \u00e0 \u00e0 pr\u00e9sidentielle de d\u00e9cembre de cette ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La haute Cour a notamment rep\u00each\u00e9 deux candidats et maintenu la candidature de Mo\u00efse Katumbi qui \u00e9tait vis\u00e9e par une requ\u00eate en invalidation initi\u00e9e par No\u00ebl Tshiani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Tobie Kayumbi, la Cour constitutionnelle a, par ses arr\u00eats rendus, montr\u00e9 qu\u2019elle est une institution totalement ind\u00e9pendante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Les congolais sont assoiff\u00e9s de cette justice. Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique souhaite \u00e9galement cette justice pour ses citoyens : une justice au service de tous, sans aucune interf\u00e9rence. Je suis convaincu que cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape renforcera la conviction des plus sceptiques sur l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance de l\u2019appareil judiciaire congolais. La cour a dit le droit, mais alors le bon droit. Cap maintenant vers les \u00e9lections<\/em>\u00ab&nbsp;, a-t-il \u00e9crit sur X (ex,-Twitter).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielle, l\u00e9gislatives nationales provinciales ainsi
